The Orion work was videotaped for the first time at our 2 1/2 hours Orion Event in Silver Spring, Maryland. The entire Event is now available on YouTube, including my introductory talk, which you will find below. Orion's Opening Talk is about 25 minutes and the rest is a question and answer dialogue between Orion and the attendees. The Event was recorded free-style, without additional lighting or microphone, but perhaps you will find something useful and supportive.

GUIDED IMAGERY FOR HEALTH & WELL-BEING
During a health challenge in 2009, I came across two audio tapes from Orion that had been recorded when my dear friend, Patricia Serino struggled with breast cancer.
I was touched by the synchronicity of finding these tapes and found supportive and comforting. The transcribed text is in the September 2009 newsletter

Altered E Art – my art website. We all have many aspects and I, too, wear other hats. After the Orion work, my creative expression is a most valued ‘hat’ to me. Bits and pieces of the world speak to me, sometimes I understand their messages, sometimes they stay a mystery. I am led by the need to express and create. I am inspired by the grandest art and respected artists and the bits of American culture found in the Dollar store, Ebay and junk shop. Outsider art? Naive? Folk? No need for classification. You may find a touch of the Orion sensibility in my work, but many other facets are expressed in these assemblage sculptures and altered dolls. CREATIVE FLOW art program at The Monroe Institute
Friends of mine have shared about different creativity programs in the past, but recently my great friend leslie shared her experience with the new Creative Flow program a my alumni, The Monroe Institute.
TMI describes the program as 'designed to explore the rich and exciting realms of creative consciousness, using Hem-Sync tape exercises, hands-on 'studio' session, group sharing and support and multi-media presentations.'
Leslie, who is a digital graphic designer and computer tutor found new levels and arenas in her creativity, as well as deeper understanding and insight into some introspective issues. T

Kathy Landry creates beautiful music, including vocalizing, toning and chanting. Her CDs are lovely, moving and evocative. But the unique aspect she offers is her ability to attune and create music for individuals. I shared by personal experience with this in the Summer 2008 newsletter. My earliest introduction to astrology came from my sister, Jacqui Menkes. Jacqui is expanding her years of astrological expertise through advanced studies at the Keppler College, one of the few institutions dedicated to astrological studies. She recently received her Kepler B.A. in Eastern & Western Cultural Traditions. At her AstroTalk page her article on Fixed Stars uses my personal history as the example. Christie Pennington is a dear and special person who channels and works with a group, The Lightspeakers, who are thoughtful, caring, non-dogmatic sharers, akin to our friends, Orion. Christie and I began our friendship through email, then phone calls and eventually in-person. She is an artist as well and is currently considering meditation and movement classes for children, her other great affinity. I feel you’ll find her blog interesting.

Soon they were everywhere in Key West and in time, the city of Key West and then the whole Monroe County adopted the saying as their official motto.
